1 Nut Tightening
The clamps on XTRAFIXTM have a nut on each side, but only ONE needs to be tightened.
Competitors with one nut risk interference from soft tissue, and competitors with two nuts require both to be tightened. Competitive systems therefore unnecessarily prolong surgery, especially when nuts have to be retightened.
